Jacob (“Jake”) R. Agee represents clients that are harmed by the negligent and intentional acts of others. Mr. Agee primarily focuses his practice on claims arising from acts of medical malpractice, serious injury, and wrongful death. Mr. Agee is also experienced in litigating disputes arising out of Worker's Compensation claims, UIM/UM claims, and subrogation claims and liens.
Mr. Agee gained valuable and unique insight into the litigation process from the defense perspective having previously served as defense counsel for health care providers in medical malpractice actions and insurance companies in insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Agee is committed to obtaining the best outcome for his clients, and is pleased to be of service to those impacted by the negligent and intentional acts of others.
Mr. Agee is licensed to practice law in Indiana State Courts, United States District Courts for the Northern District of Indiana, and United States District Courts for the Southern District of Indiana.
Mr. Agee is a graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Agee served as an intern for the Indiana Department of Insurance – Legal Department. He obtained his B.A. in History from Indiana University.
